Performance line - technical details

 STRUCTURE 

A metal structure is an assembly of metal whose purpose is to support the constraints of the building and any external constraints, such as wind, snow and seismic activity. For each external constraints there is a maximum value supported by the structure. It is the same building constraints (maximum number of floors, maximum operating expenses, etc ....). Here is a view of the three structures TS, TD and TE related to the Performance range.

Structure is mainly composed of three types of rooms: the key pieces that support all efforts / secondary parts that do not support that part of the efforts and trim parts, used for sealing or fixing components. All structures have the same logic and switching

 

 WALL 

The second item that characterizes our products and our range is the outer wall. Performance range is performed with a linear system of walls integrally referred to as "full wall." These walls are secured to the structure by screws. They are made of a wooden frame, wherein an insulator type glass wool and inserted. Part of the wall facing the outside will be dressed in a rain shield and a galvanized steel sheet painted. The inner part of delaminated plates Gypsum wood or coated with a white gloss paint. The windows are built and attached to the walls. For this, the walls have a trimmer with good size and cons of a system framework will be used to allow binding of optimum quality.
Once the modules from the installed, poles module connection-module will be covered in order to give the appearance of a single piece and hide the internal junctions. The diagram below shows a section of two containers with the system to hide the modular aspect.

 

 ROOF 

The product range offers performance roofing system called dry with a flow of water through the corners, the four corners of the module. A roof structure is mainly composed of four beams, pieces of angle type Isobox technology (similar to maritime containers), joists used to support the load on the roof (like snow or a person for maintenance), Standard insulating glass wool placed between the joists and 0.6mm plates used to cover the whole.

Efforts related to the weight of the snow will be taken by the system of joists. It is the same for the weight of any individual to perform maintenance operations.
The flow of water will be in the rails, also serving as gutters. The water is then discharged through holes in the corner pieces to flow Isobox finally into tubes. The final disposal will be the 4 corners bottom of the module, they can be connected with the foundation drainage system of rainwater client.
The structure of the roof, for this range, allows an individual to a maximum weight of 120kg to walk over. The maintenance and installation of equipment may therefore be more easy with a lifeline and directly through the roof.

 

 FLOOR 

The floor uses the same logic as the roof construction at the metal reinforcement (beams, Isobox, joists, insulation between the joists). By cons it will be covered with plate type wood or OSB CTBH to form the floor. Plates rodent will be put in place between the joists to hold the insulation and prevent access to any animal. Operating expenses will be taken through to the joists. The final water flow will be through the holes in the floor Isobox (see above).
